MINUTES OF 2022 MEETINGS

January 17, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 1:11 PM by Chairman Al Kornak.

Minutes of the December 20th 2022 meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report: There was no activity since the last meeting so the balance stands at $671.04.

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business: There was no new business.

Presentation: Tedd Tramaloi of Ross Video gave a presentation on remote TV production control.

February 20, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 1:01 PM by Chairman Al Kornak.

Minutes of the January 17th 2023 meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report: Joe Glen gave a $25.00 donation to the chapter making the balance $696.04.

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business: There was no new business.

Presentation: David Kaszycia of BEAM Dynamics gave a presentation on asset management for broadcasters.

April 25, 2023 The meeting was called to order at 12:58 PM by Chairman Al Kornak.

Minutes of the February 20th 2023 meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report: The chapter gave $300 to the Johonson College Scholership fund making the balance $396.24.

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business:
It was decided to use Leggios Restaruant in Plains for future in person meetings.
The next meeting will have a preseenter from Broadcast Electronics talke about a new modular transmitter design.

October 5, 2023 The meeting was called to order at 1:01 PM by Chairman Al Kornak.

Minutes of the April 25th 2023 meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report: We recived the $316.25 chapter rebate making the balance $709.65

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business:
We discussed having the holiday meeting at Universty of Scranton as in years past. Pete will check if that is still possilbe. If not we will have it at Leggios.

December 13, 2023 The meeting was called to order at 6:14 PM by Chairman Al Kornak.

Minutes of the October 5, 2023 meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report: Joe Glynn donated $25.00 to the chapter making the balance $734.65

Old Business: There was no old business.

New Business: The group paused for a moment of silence for Bob Haduch who passed away last month. Discussion was made about granting another scolarship to a different instituion. Nobody could think of one suitable, so it was voted to increase the Johnson College scholarship to $400.00

Election of Officers: No one else was willing to run for office so the following incumbents were elected by unaminous ballot.


The following apponted postions were made for the 2024 year:
Chapter two does not hae a newsletter editor or membership chairman.

There was no presentation.
